Thus, to increase customer engagement, it is important to find a subtle balance in the interaction with the user. Capturing the user’s attention and transforming this stealth interaction into a memorable interaction is the new challenge for brands.

During my experience within the Seb group, I participated in the strategic reflections of multi-media & digital campaigns (Display, branding, Social media, OOH, TV…). I have also contributed to the implementation of media campaigns, the articulation of media plans and the implementation of content strategies.
Youtube content strategy
In terms of content strategy, Youtube allows you to set up a relevant strategy. With more than 2 billion active users per month, well used, this network makes it easy to gain visibility. I have made recommendations for Youtube media content strategy (HUB, HERO, HELP.) for the harmonization of the group’s 160 channels with the drafting of Youtube digital media guidelines.
To engage today’s consumers, brands must deliver content, experiences and information across all channels at the right time.
